Required of all coaches and volunteers.

Use this form to sign up to be a Team Sponsor. The cost is $250, and includes your company's name on your team's uniforms, along with promoting your company on our web site where we will display your company name and logo with links back to your web site.  As a 501c3 your donation is tax deductible

Duxbury Youth Softball is a non-profit organization.  As such, we rely on program fees, sponsors, and general donations to run our programs.
