The DYS Board holds regular meetings to discuss the operations of the non-profit, plan programs, and work with sponsors and volunteers.

The board hosts an annual public meeting after the Fall session, typically in November, to discuss and vote on DYS Bylaws, new Committee Leads and Members, and a new Board!

Any volunteer or interested parent is welcome to attend and participate. New board members must be present to be nominated, accept the nomination, and be elected.
